Mat classes are available at our Valeriusstraat studio

Yin

This blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga relaxes the body and calms the nervous system. With a focus on deep stretches and restful postures, tight muscles will be released and the parasympathetic nervous system activated. Promotes flexibility, mobility and relaxation.

Light Flow

Brings calm and eases overused muscle groups (shoulders, neck, lower back). Helps to release tension, improve flexibility and soften the mind. This class offers the perfect blend of light Hatha poses, slow Vinyasa movements and restorative Yin stretches.

Bondi 45/60

This complete yoga practice builds strength, improves flexibility and helps to shift into a relaxed, clear state of mind. Our signature class is a dynamic Vinyasa flow paired with Yin stretches to strengthen the body and balance the mind.

Strengthen and lengthen muscles with this mat-based Pilates class that goes beyond just sculpting. With a focus on core strength, it improves posture, relieves lower back pain, and fosters a sense of groundedness. Expect to build deep, lasting strength.

Reformer classes are available at our Bankastraat studio

Bondi Reformer

Sculpts long, athletic muscles with a series of low-impact movements on the Reformer. This class builds deep, lasting strength, improves posture, and alleviates lower back pain while enhancing focus and stability.

Improves strength, flexibility and relaxation. The Reformer helps to facilitate deep, controlled stretches and lengthen the muscles, for a complete strengthening and stretching workout.
