Yoga Nidra is the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in your body. Experience a deep level of rest and relaxation with this easy to follow meditation; all that you need to do is lie down on your yoga mat or bed and let yourself be carried away.

Props: a mat (or a sofa or bed) to lay down on, a pillow for your head, and enough covers to keep you warm as you rest. If your intention is to fall asleep, then the very best place to practice is in bed.
