Deeprelax Yoga Nidra

In this special class, expect to be guided through complete relaxation as you lie down in savasana (you know, that wonderful relaxation pose you normally only do at the end of a yoga class). As the class progresses, you will find yourself in a certain state of clear consciousness while your body and mind are in deep rest. Your thoughts will start to fade into the background and you’ll get in a super relaxed state. It is in this state that your body has the opportunity to use the self-healing capacity that we all have within us.

Let yourself be carried away by the beautiful storytelling of our expert Yoga Nidra teacher and experience a deep relaxation and release of tension & stress. Trust us,  it’s magical.

Yin & Sound

In this special class we will take a journey through yin poses guided by beautiful sounds. Through this yin class we will support you with the magical vibrations of singing bowls, vocals and other sounds. As we take you along our journey of different poses we strive to find a place of deep surrender.

The use of live instruments causing vibrations will help you to go deeper into your poses. It will calm the mind and help you experience a deeper state of consciousness. The relaxing and opening effects of yin poses, combined with vibrations, will help you to make a deeper connection to the inner self.

Yoga & Ayurveda

Explore how to bring yourself back into balance with our monthly Bondi Yoga & Ayurveda class. You’ll move and stretch the body with Yoga postures and explore Ayurvedic principles to restore and manage your energy levels. Each class includes both theory and practice and helps you to combine your yoga practice with the wisdom of Ayurveda to create a deeper understanding of your own inherent nature.

  • What if I forget to cancel or if I’m too late?

    If you forget to cancel or if the cancellation window is already closed at the time of your cancellation (4 hours prior to start of class), this is regarded as a Late Cancel. If you have a class pass, this class will be charged from that class pass. If you have an unlimited subscription, a EUR5 Late Cancel Fee will be charged. Because we work with a maximum number of mats for each class and we otherwise hold a spot for you, we always appreciate it if you can let us know that you won’t be there – also if it’s just a couple of minutes before start of class.

  • Can I arrive after start time?

    With the group experience in mind, we do encourage you to be on time (5-10 minutes before class starts so you have enough time to check in and prepare for class). During class the studio doors will be locked.

  • What if I’m feeling great?

    Also if you’re feeling great, listen to your body during class. We are often very ambitious and are trying to go a little bit deeper, a little bit further. However, if you feel any pain in the exercises, please return to a comfortable position. Don’t force yourself, rather relax into a pose.

  • How much time do I need before start of my session?

    You won’t need much, but we recommend you to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the indicated start time so you have some time to check in, find your spot and get ready for your session.

  • What if I leave something behind?

    To reclaim what’s yours, please send us an e-mail with a clear description at hello@studio-bondi.com.
