Bookings and cancellations

No, you don’t need to create an account beforehand. When you book a class, an account will be created for you automatically.

We’re sorry you’re having trouble accessing your account. Please contact us so that our support team can assist you.

Yes, we highly recommend booking your spot in advance through our website or app. Class sizes are limited, and booking ahead ensures your place in your preferred class. If you haven’t booked, you can still join based on availability, but spots are not guaranteed.
You can start booking classes 2 weeks in advance. With a membership, enjoy priority booking and reserve your spot up to 3 weeks ahead.

To cancel your booking, please use your account on the website or app. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the start time for regular classes, or 12 hours before immersive classes. Late cancellations (within 4 or 12 hours of the class start time) and no-shows will result in a lost class credit.

If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. We update the waitlist regularly, and if a spot becomes available up to 2 hours before the class starts, you will be automatically added to the class and notified by email. This gives you a good chance to secure a spot.

Classes

All our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our teachers offer variations to accommodate everyone, so beginners are welcome in every class.

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with Reformer Basics, a class designed to help you get familiar with the machine and key exercises at a comfortable pace.

We offer a special class called Reformer Basics, perfect for first-timers or anyone looking to revisit the foundations. This class introduces the Reformer machine and key exercises step by step, making it an ideal way to build a strong foundation or refresh your technique.

Valeriusstraat studio (yoga & mat pilates):
Mats and props are provided in the studio and can be used free of charge. We recommend bringing a water bottle.

Bankastraat studio (reformer pilates):
Please bring grip socks (also available for purchase at the studio if needed). We recommend bringing a water bottle.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.

  • Active Yoga (Light Flow, Bondi 45/60, and Strength Flow) and Mat Pilates: Practice barefoot or with grip socks.
  • Yin, Sound Bath, and Breathwork: Bring a sweater and socks as your body may cool down.
  • Reformer Pilates: grip socks for safety and hygiene (also available for purchase at the studio if needed).
We recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes before the class starts. This allows you to check in, find your spot, and get ready without feeling rushed. Once the class begins, the studio doors will be closed.
Unfortunately, that is not possible. Once the class begins, the studio doors will be closed.
All our classes are taught in English.

Private classes are available depending on availability. Contact us to book.

Private classes have a 24-hour cancellation policy; cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full fee. If your preferred teacher is unavailable, we will arrange a skilled substitute to ensure your class proceeds as scheduled.

Yes, we offer Prenatal/Postnatal classes designed to support women during pregnancy and early motherhood. We have two variations: (i) Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, which includes movement for strength and stretches and meditation for relaxation, and (ii) Prenatal/Postnatal Reformer Pilates, focusing on controlled movements to build strength and focus. Both classes are suitable for all levels.
We recommend waiting 6-8 weeks postpartum, with gynecologist or midwife approval.
We offer Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Reformer Pilates, all with a focus on building strength, mental focus, and overall well-being. Our teachers are trained in various traditions, backed by solid science, and incorporating a therapeutic approach that connects body and mind.

Yoga classes range from dynamic flows to slower, meditative practices, always integrating breath and movement for a balanced mind and body.
Mat Pilates builds deep core strength, improves posture, and increases flexibility through controlled, precise movements using body weight and small props.
Reformer Pilates uses the Reformer machine for resistance-based controlled, precise movements, improving strength, flexibility, and focus.
Yes, we offer a range of levels for both Yoga and Pilates:

Yoga: All yoga classes are open to all levels, unless otherwise stated (such as with special immersive classes).
Reformer Pilates: We offer Beginner, All Levels, and Level 2 classes.

  • Beginner classes are perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refresh their practice.
  • All Levels classes provide options for everyone, regardless of experience.
  • Level 2 classes are designed for those with a regular practice of at least 2 months who are comfortable adjusting springs and exploring various Pilates exercises and equipment.
