Located at the intersection of Duinoord and Statenkwartier, The Hague, this studio offers modern Yoga and Mat Pilates classes daily. With statement black walls that create a calm, inward-focused atmosphere, warm oak wood floors, and sound and ventilation systems designed for the best class experience.

It depends on your needs and goals. Looking to calm the mind and release tension (especially in the shoulders or lower back)? Our Yin and Light Flow classes are perfect for relaxation. If you’re after something more dynamic that includes cardio and strength, our Bondi 45/60 and Strength Flow classes are ideal. For a focus on core strength and stability, Mat Pilates offers an excellent starting point. Feel free to explore—beginners are welcome in all classes (unless otherwise noted), and our teachers provide options for all levels.
Mats and props are provided in the studio and can be used free of charge. We recommend bringing a water bottle.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.

  • Active classes (Light Flow, Bondi 45/60, Strength Flow, and Pilates): Practice barefoot or with grip socks.
  • Yin, Sound Bath, and Breathwork: Bring a sweater and socks as your body may cool down.
Yes, the studio has lockers for your belongings and provides space for changing clothing.
Yes, we offer showers at our Valeriusstraat studio. Please remember to bring your own towel.
