What's included

The Bondi Program will cover a 6-week daily yoga and meditation routine, mapped out. EACH WEEK you’ll receive: YOGA 35 minute sessions – 1 strength-building yoga workout for core – 1 strength-building yoga workout for legs – 1 strength-building yoga workout for full body – 1 relaxing yin class to stretch, rest and restore MEDITATION 5-10 minute sessions – 2 guided meditations for calm and a clear mind  EXTRA – Inspiration for nourishing foods and feel-good rituals – Journal entries to keep track of your progress – Interaction with our expert teachers via our program’s Instagram page

How it works

GET ACCESS & SCHEDULE On Sunday May 31st (one day before the actual start of the program), you’ll get access to our program video platform (with all yoga and meditation sessions) and our program’s Instagram page (with all extras). You can start checking everything out and prepare yourself to start to feel really good. On our FAQ page is a preview of all sessions for each week. Think of this as your ideal routine for the program. However, as everyone will have a different schedule,  on the platform you can watch and rewatch any of the sessions at a day and time that suits you best. All video content will remain available for 6 months. The Instagram page with the extras will be accessible until the program end + 1 week (so until July 20th). PREPARE Create a dedicated space in your home to do your practice. You need a yoga mat, a blanket or towel, a laptop and/or a mobile phone.   • How do I book a spot for a workshop or a course?

    Go to or, scroll down to find the workshop or course you’re interested in, click Read More, click Sign Up, then sign up (if you’re new) or sign in, buy the respective workshop or course, and enroll. All workshops and courses are also bookable via our app (download for free on the App Store or Google Play).

  • Do you have changing rooms?

    Yes – we have two changing rooms (men + women) including shower facilities. Shower products (NAIF organic & carefree care products)  and a hair dryer are provided. If you need a towel or shower cap, these are available for rent (EUR 1).

  • What if I need to cancel?

    Please do so via your account on the website or the app, at least 4 hours prior to the class start time.

  • Can I bring water into the yoga room?

    Water and tea is complementary before and after class. If you like to take water into class, please bring your own non-breakable water bottle so that we don’t have glasses flying around.

  • Do I need to check in with the host?

    Yes, please make sure to check-in with the host upon arrival, so we know you’re in.
