The Bondi Program will cover a 6-week daily yoga and meditation routine, mapped out. EACH WEEK you’ll receive: YOGA 35 minute sessions – 1 strength-building yoga workout for core – 1 strength-building yoga workout for legs – 1 strength-building yoga workout for full body – 1 relaxing yin class to stretch, rest and restore MEDITATION 5-10 minute sessions – 2 guided meditations for calm and a clear mind EXTRA – Inspiration for nourishing foods and feel-good rituals – Journal entries to keep track of your progress – Interaction with our expert teachers via our program’s Instagram page
How it works
GET ACCESS & SCHEDULE On Sunday May 31st (one day before the actual start of the program), you’ll get access to our program video platform (with all yoga and meditation sessions) and our program’s Instagram page (with all extras). You can start checking everything out and prepare yourself to start to feel really good. On our FAQ page is a preview of all sessions for each week. Think of this as your ideal routine for the program. However, as everyone will have a different schedule, on the platform you can watch and rewatch any of the sessions at a day and time that suits you best. All video content will remain available for 6 months. The Instagram page with the extras will be accessible until the program end + 1 week (so until July 20th). PREPARE Create a dedicated space in your home to do your practice. You need a yoga mat, a blanket or towel, a laptop and/or a mobile phone. Do you have changing rooms?
Due to covid19, our changing rooms are temporarily not in use. Thank you for your understanding.
What do I bring?
In view of covid19, we kindly ask you to bring your own mat and a towel or blanket to cover any props you’ll be using during class (if joining one of our Yin or Bondi45/60 classes).
What is your waiting list policy?
If you have joined the waiting list, you will be notified by e-mail or by push notification via the app if there is a free spot available again. This is first come first serve so be quick! Meaning, all people on the waitlist will be getting the notification at the same time and the spot will go to whoever reserves first.
Do I need an account to book into a workshop or a course?
Yes. You can create an account via studio-bondi.com (Sign In), the Studio Bondi app (download for free on App Store or Google Play) or in the studio. If you’re sure you will only visit our studio once, we can book your spot via our house account. In this case, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Do I need to check in?
Yes, please make sure to check-in at the reception upon arrival, so we know you’re in.
