Expect a well designed routine of energizing yoga flows, relaxing yin sessions, and guided meditations for a full body & mind reset.  Prepare to get your heart rate up, build strength, and get grounded. This is a unique all-in-one program that will help you to feel really good. Over the course of this program you will:

What's included

The Bondi Program will cover a 6-week daily yoga and meditation routine, mapped out. You can start any week.

EACH WEEK you’ll receive:

35 minute sessions

– 1 strength-building yoga workout for core
– 1 strength-building yoga workout for legs
– 1 strength-building yoga workout for full body
– 1 relaxing yin class to stretch, rest and restore


Two 5/10 minute guided meditations for calm and a clear mind 


How it works


You can start any week.
After purchase you’ll get access to the video platform (with all yoga and meditation sessions). The videos will remain available to watch and rewatch for a total of 3 months (90 days).

On our FAQ page is a preview of all sessions for each week. Think of this as your ideal routine for the program. However, as everyone will have a different schedule,  on the platform you can watch and rewatch any of the sessions at a day and time that suits you best.

Create a dedicated space in your home to do your practice. You need a yoga mat, a blanket or towel, a laptop and/or a mobile phone. Ideally both so you can play music + video at the same time. Optional: a pillow and a block.
