Class Cards & Memberships

Introduction Offers

Our Introduction Offers are valid for one month from the date of your first booking and are available exclusively to new clients, limited to one per person. This offer applies only to regular classes and is the perfect way to experience the variety and quality of our studio.

Class Cards

Class cards are valid for one year from the date of your first booking, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy classes at your convenience. Class cards can also be shared among clients. To activate, please email us at hello@studio-bondi.com.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions begin from the date of your first booking, with payments automatically debited every 28 days. While there is no minimum commitment, please note that memberships auto-renew every 28 days unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Unused classes do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Subscriptions are non-transferable and are exclusively for the registered member’s use.

Refund Policy

Please note that all purchases for Introduction Offers, Class Cards, and Subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. While we strive to maintain our schedule and teacher assignments, refunds will not be issued for changes to the schedule or teacher assignments. In the event that a class is canceled by Studio Bondi, a full refund will be issued. 

Private Sessions

Private sessions are subject to availability and carry a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations (made within 24 hours of the start time) and no-shows will be charged in full. If your preferred teacher is unavailable due to illness or other reasons, we will arrange for a skilled substitute teacher to ensure your session continues seamlessly.

Bookings

Please reserve your spot by booking online or via the app. If a class, immersive, training, retreat, or any other event is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. The class schedule, available on our website and in the app, may be subject to change, including teacher assignments. We strive to notify you of any changes as soon as possible. Class Cancellations

You can cancel your class through your account on our website or app. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before regular classes and 12 hours before immersive classes. Late cancellations (within 4 or 12 hours of the class start time) and no-shows will result in a lost class credit.

Please note, the door closes at the start time of class. Late entries are not possible and will be treated as a no-show. 

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. To do so, log in to your account here or on the website (studio-bondi.com) and follow these steps:

• Go to Memberships and select My Memberships.
• Locate the subscription you wish to cancel and click on Cancel.

Training Program Cancellations

Cancellations for training programs must be submitted in writing via email to hello@studio-bondi.com. The following fees apply:

• More than 12 weeks before the start date: €100 administration fee.
• 6 to 12 weeks before the start date: 50% of the total training fee.
• 2 to 6 weeks before the start date: 70% of the total training fee.
• Within 2 weeks of the start date: 100% of the training fee is due.

If you are on a payment plan and payments made do not yet cover the applicable cancellation fee, the outstanding balance must still be paid.

No refunds are issued once the training has started. However, in cases of serious illness or unforeseen personal emergencies, a refund or transfer of tuition to a future training may be considered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any sessions already attended.

If Studio Bondi cancels the training, a full refund or credit for a future session will be offered. 

Code of Conduct

By participating in any classes, immersives, trainings, retreats, or other events organized by Studio Bondi, whether online or offline, you agree to abide by Studio Bondi’s Policies & Code of Conduct, which covers respectful behavior, safety, attendance, and confidentiality. These policies are aligned with Yoga Alliance requirements and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment. Full details can be found in our Studio Policies & Code of Conduct.

Complaints Procedure

Studio Bondi has a formal complaints procedure in place. For detailed information on how to submit a complaint and how it will be handled, please refer to our Studio Policies & Code of Conduct.

Liability

Your participation in any classes, immersives, trainings, retreats, or other events organized by Studio Bondi, whether online or offline, is at your own risk. Studio Bondi cannot accept liability for any physical injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation. Additionally, Studio Bondi is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Studio Bondi respects the privacy of all clients, teachers, and staff. All personal information collected, including through our booking system (Momence), is processed in accordance with the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG/GDPR). Your data is used solely for purposes related to your participation at Studio Bondi, such as class bookings, communication, and program administration. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel only, and we do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Applicable Law

Dutch law applies. By booking and/or attending a class, immersive, training, retreat, or any other event, whether online or offline, you agree to these terms and conditions.
