Build muscle, increase flexibility, and boost energy with our Summer Routine Series. Use this series as an add on to your studio classes or take it with you to your holiday destination. All classes are a very doable 30 minutes (or less) - yet powerful. You’ll feel the difference when you’ve completed the series!

(The schedule below serves as an indication. You will have access to all classes until Oct 1st, so feel free to change the schedule as you like (slower/faster/on repeat)).

Week 1

Monday: Bondi 30 w/ Lesley
