Why did you start with yoga?
I needed to find balance, space and peace in my life. Always being a high achiever, pushing myself to the limits and being hard on myself has taken its toll. Arriving at the deepest level of my burn out, my pshychologist introduced me to yoga. A life saver for sure!! I found balance, found my peace and found a part of myself I had been neglecting for years. A new love had been found in yoga and especially Yin!

Why did you become a yoga teacher?
I want to help others find their yin, their balance and their peace. Yoga has changed my life and I am super passionate about sharing my love and my experience with others.

What do you love most about teaching yoga?
I get to help people that are in need of balance, peace and relaxation. And most of all, I help them discover different layers of themselves they might have been neglecting for years.
