Why yoga?
At first I started doing yoga just to stay in shape. Soon I realised the amazing benefits it gave to my body but also my mind. After dancing for many years and pushing my body in ways that wasn’t kind I got to feel how it is to move in a way that feels good for my body. It got me hooked. Now yoga benefits me in many beautiful ways. It grounds me, calms my mind and brings me straight into my body.
Teaching style
I teach Yin yoga, Flow yoga and everything in between. I love Yin & Yang. Together they will create a beautiful balance within.
I also love to combine free movement and dance with yoga. Finding and creating movements that feel good.
In my classes you will learn to find your own practice. Moving within your own limits and in a way that feels good for you. I love to share some live music during savasana, to help you to let go, release and feel good.
