Why yoga
Yoga makes me able to feel and to connect with myself. Especially during yin yoga I feel myself on all levels: mentally, emotionally, physically and energetically. Moreover, it helps me to ground and therefore embody myself. I love to share this beautiful practice.

Teaching style
Hatha, yin and restorative

Favourite pose
Actually I have two favourite poses. Sleeping swan as I find it a challenging one and legs-up-the wall to easily restore and let go.

Favourite book
I love to read, I therefore have many favourite books. On top of my head are: Women who run with the wolves, Letters from my soul and The Alchemist.
