Why did you start with yoga and pilates?
Growing up as a dancer and soccer player, movement was an integral part of my life. As an adult, I needed to find new outlets. I discovered yoga and pilates, and was immediately hooked! The transition felt natural from dance due to the similar emphasis on fluidity, balance and control. Today, I rely on these practices to bring me calmness, clarity, and strength for life’s ups and downs.
Why did you become a yoga and pilates teacher?
I became a teacher because of the impact that my own teachers had on me. I admired their ability to nurture transformative experiences through their creative sequences and choice of words. I wanted to offer the same experience to others.
What do you love most about teaching yoga and pilates?
I love creating a calm and supportive environment where people can shift away from their busy lives to a state of ease and relaxation. Seeing students leave class with a sense of peace brings me so much joy and fulfilment.
What styles of yoga and pilates do you teach?

Pilates: Contemporary
I like to get creative with my sequences and include a little inspiration from my ballet training.
