I started in 1999 with zen-meditation. 10 years later during a retreat in Suan Mokh, Thailand Yoga came along. Every morning 1,5 hour Vinyasa during sunrise. It was love at first sight. Since I was very good at following the breath, it was a challenge to do the same in all kinds of difficult poses. I feel very relaxed and grounded after a workout.
