Why yoga?
To get quiet enough to find a beautiful place to come to, just to be, and to return to the purity of one’s existence.
During class, you drop all of what has been bothering you and you try find yourself. To just stop and listen, to breathe, to move, to feel alive in this moment (because we do not live forever) and brighten up, with nothing to do, but sitting there or moving, breathing, being alive.
To feel that every answer is inside you.

What styles of yoga do you teach?
Pralaya, hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, restorative and yin-yang yoga, Pilates too.

Personal teaching style
Intense and precise, focused on increasing energy through relaxing and decompressing the spine, building muscle balance on all sides of the body and hence developing mobility.

Inspired by
Mahatma Gandhi, BKS Iyengar, Robert Boustany, Khalil Gibran, Rabindranath Tagore, Louise Hay, Abraham Hicks and many more, and equally so by nature, music and love.
